The entry and stairs to the family room were relocated. The pantry area was moved, new walls were built and existing walls were modified. This created the perfect location for the sink area cabinets and opened up the kitchen. Corian countertops, natural maple Merillat shaker style cabinetry and under cabinet lighting were key elements in the finished product. Before Photo After Photo

Enclosed Porch Addition The porch features welded copper roofing and clear heart redwood panels and columns. the mahogany flooring was laid with a unique hip design. The detail on this project is testimony to the work and planning that went into the design.

Room Addition The addition shown below added over 2000 square feet of living space on three levels and over 700 square feet of terrace and porch area to the original building. The finished basement boasts a home theatre room and conditioned wine cellar. The main level addition expands into a spacious family room with wet bar and two sided brick woodburning fireplace. A convenient guest bedroom and bath were included adjacent to the family room. A master suite was created with by moving the master bath into the new third level of the addition and taking advantage of the southern exposure with a terrace. Before Photo After Photo
